A. Yes. Although the prices are displayed in Uk pounds, our shopping cart lists the equivalent price in US Dollars and Euros, and then our secure payment provider - PayPal - will accept payment in most currencies.
Q. What does 'royalty free' mean?
A. Royalty free music is music that comes with a licence allowing its use in the production of your own CDs, videos, DVDs and podcasts and as therapeutic background music without having to pay any extra royalties or licensing/performance fees. When you purchase any individual track the price includes a licence allowing you to make unlimited copies of any individual project without any extra cost. Our music is specially composed to enhance the spoken word without dominating or obscuring the message. Ideal for hypnotherapy, guided meditation and visualisations.

A. Silencio Music owns all rights to the music.
Q. Are there any restriction on the use of the music?
A. Yes - You may not rename or claim intellectual ownership of our music even if you have added your own instrumentation, voice or changed arrangements. You also may not distribute, lend or sell our music in its original form - it must only be used as part of your own production. You would also need additional licences if you intend to use our music in theatre productions, broadcast media, or commercially released film. All our tracks are digitally watermarked for copyright protection.
Q. Can I use the music in its original form for my own relaxation/meditation CDs.
A. Yes - but this is not coverered by the royalty-free licence and you must purchase an additional licence from us.

Q. What format are the preview and sampler downloads?
A. The preview downloads are stereo mp3 files (44 kHz, 128kbps).
Q. What format are the royalty-free track downloads?
A. The downloads are broadcast quality stereo mp3 files (44 kHz, 320kbps) suitable for both PC and Mac. We can also supply the music in .WAV and .AIFF files. If you need music in these formats please contact us with details of your project requirements.
Q. What happens when I order a royalty free relaxation download?
A. After your order has been processed you will receive an email containing a summery of your order and link to download the tracks that you have purchased. You can download each track as many times as you like for approximately 5 days from the date of purchase. You will also receive a licence with your order.
Q. Do I have to credit Silencio Music when I use a track?
A. You do not have to include a credit in your production, but it is customary to do so.
