Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have the right to a seven day 'cooling off period'. You may cancel a contract anytime within seven days - starting from the day after you take delivery of the products. You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty unless the products are made to order according to your own specification.

If you wish to cancel a contract, please write to us or email us clearly stating your full contact details, product details and invoice number. Once you have cancelled the contract, you have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the products. You must return the products to us at your expense. We would advise that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Returns - If an item other than those which are individually made to order, is unsuitable you may return it within 10 working days unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
