The licence
Allows you to make and distribute unlimited copies of any individual own brand product without
having to pay any extra royalties or licensing/performance fees.

Allows use of the music in the professional therapy room for all complimentary therapies, hypnotherapy,
healing and bodywork and as background music in spas and salons.

The licence is valid worldwide and lasts for 100 years.

The music can be edited (looped, cut, fades in and out ect.).

You do not have to include a credit to Silencio Music in your production - although it is
customary to do so.


Uses not covered by the licence
Our royalty-free licence allows one individual or organisation to incorporate our music with their own
products as soundtrack or background music - but not to change or distribute the music as their own.

• The licence does not allow the duplication or distribution of the music in its original form
• It must either include the addition of spoken word or be used as a backing track within your own product
• The music cannot be released under a new name.
• The licence does not cover TV/Radio/internet broadcast or commercial theatrical productions


Formats
The downloads are broadcast quality mp3s (320kbps), suitable for most production requirements and are compatible with both PC and Mac. Normal audio CDs can be supplied with the music in uncompressed AIFF files. We can also supply the music in WAV files. Our downloads are available worldwide. As a guide the shopping basket lists the approximate prices in both US$ and Euros. When you place an order with us you will pay the amount shown in GB Pounds Sterling which your credit/debit card provider will convert into your local currency at their normal exchange rate.
